The building to be transformed is depicted below. As evident, the façade illustrated is of a building from another era, a time when even warehouse buildings had style and character. Each floor is 40,000 square feet of spacious exposed brick and beam. The top two floors will be converted into living/working lofts replete with tremendous natural light provided by the many westward facing windows.
